Special Exhibit 

Presidents of the 

United States Quilt

Made by Shirley Kerstetter 

of Spring Hill, Florida 

   It features a hand embroidered presidential seal and portraits of 43 U.S. presidents painstakingly done in needlepoint -- a ten-year labor of love!  She designed each portrait using historical photos that are about the size of an index card.  The presidential seal is surrounded by semicircular scenic motifs of Washington D.C.'s historic sites.  

   The back of the quilt is artistically designed with soaring eagles.

Take I-75 S toward Ocala; Take the SR-200 E exit, EXIT 350; about 1.4 miles to 3001 SW COLLEGE RD is on the left.  The Ewers Century Center is the glass front building which is visible from SR200/College Rd. The Paddock Mall is across the street.

From Jacksonville

Take I-10 W toward Lake City.  (18 miles); Merge onto US-301 S via EXIT 343 toward Starke/Lawtey.  (81.4 miles);Turn right onto SR-200 S/SW 10th St. Continue to follow SR-200 S.  (2.4 miles); 3001 SW COLLEGE RD is on the right.  The Ewers Century Center is the glass front building which is visible from SR200/College Rd. The Paddock Mall is across the street.

From Orlando

Take the Florida's Turnpike N toward Ocala.(42.7 miles) ; Stay straight to go onto I-75 N(20.7 miles); Exit onto SR-200 N/SW College Rd via EXIT 350.; about 1.4 miles to 3001 SW COLLEGE RD is on the left.  The Ewers Century Center is the glass front building which is visible from SR200/College Rd. The Paddock Mall is across the street.
